The young lady who answered my call initially asked me to email any questions to the sales office. When I explained that I had some specific queries I wanted to discuss about my condition and the best way to help alleviate it, she understands and was very helpful, answering my questions in detail and recommending the products which might best be suitable.
We had a nice friendly chat and I felt valued as a customer.
The insoles are good quality, and my podiatrist was impressed with the green ones, having extra support underneath the insole.
